The Isibindi Foundation aims to provide meaningful interactions and assistance to those in need and invites you to participate in a personal capacity via donations, skill sharing and a variety of other avenues that best suit you.
As our administration costs are covered by Isibindi Africa Lodges, any support you give towards a particular area, need, child or project will go directly to that cause. We welcome and encourage your engagement with your chosen interest or project and will provide you with significant updates.
Please read about our focus areas which are currently seeking aid on our lodge pages, alternatively, contact us to discuss specific areas of interest you would like to receive further information on.
Get involved. Make a difference, journey with purpose.
Donations
All donations are always received with great appreciation and will take us a step closer to achieving our vision of investing in our communities in a conservation-oriented manner. All non-specified donations received will be utilized in one or more of our above programs. All project specific donations received will be allocated to the donor’s project of choice! We invite you to support a specific project or area that resonates with you by browsing through our projects.
Share your skills
The Foundation has a number of volunteers who contribute to our numerous programs and projects. If you have a set of skills you would like to contribute and you would like to get involved with our upliftment and or conservation programmes. Please give us a shout!
Community Visit
Our guests are encouraged to visit our local communities on a guided tour. These visits are often the highlight of their stay. This direct interaction with our neighbouring rural communities is a vital part of the journey of the responsible traveller. The community visit revolves around the various projects the community has initiated and the Foundation supports. It's an authentic experience of traditional cultures and way of life in present day Africa.
